She is currently researching STAT activation on the pathogenesis of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) including differential activation kinases and phosphatases that may be responsible and the effects that STAT activation may have on cell cycle, viability and tumor growth in both primary tumors and cell culture. Her side projects include the production of drug-resistant cell lines and analyzing the mechanism of upregulation of DNA repair proteins after transformation from follicular lymphoma to DLBCL. |
