International Students

International applicants must meet all admissions criteria and be admitted unconditionally to Degree-Seeking status to obtain an official student visa for study in the United States. Additionally, diplomas and official transcripts from all college work taken outside of the United States must have certified translations in English and be forwarded to the Office of International Admissions for an evaluation prior to their review by the TEPH Admissions Committee. All international applicants must submit their completed application one month prior to the regular application deadlines to receive maximum consideration for admission. The Master of Public Health program does not have funds to assist international students with the cost of their study. All international applicants must provide documentation of sufficient financial support to cover tuition and living expenses for their entire program of study. The Office of International Student Services will help students comply with University and U.S. regulations, as well as provide assistance with housing, language, employment, academic and personal concerns. This office is located on the Coral Gables campus, Building 21F, or call (305 284-2928).
